About Reign Supreme Care Services

At Reign Supreme Care Services Ltd our team includes Registered Nurses from leading teaching hospitals and staff trained in home care and light domestic tasks, with an efficient, experienced management team, most of whom are Nurses themselves. All staff undergo a rigorous interview process and psychometric testing.

Care at home is a positive step to take and for many a welcome alternative to residential care. Public and private healthcare actively promote the benefits of keeping patients out of hospital as much as possible.

Inevitably, that means more care at home. It is not just for the elderly, many of our clients are young independent adults having experienced injuries or are looking for care while recovering from operations or illness.

Independently owned

Reign Supreme Care Services Ltd was founded by owner Lucia and co-owner Stanford. Through professional and personal experience Lucia knows the importance of having the highest quality of staff working with clients. Actively involved in ‘Care in Society’ she is a leading visionary and innovator in training carers and developing future facilities for clients.

Whether our clients require occasional visits by a private nurse to administer drugs or change dressings, regular visits to monitor progress, or full 24/7 care and companionship, we provide staff who are kind, calm, competent and above all, caring. Each person is allocated their own Nurse or Care Manager.

A live-in carer lives with you in your/our home and allows you, or your loved one, to be put in a relaxed surrounding with a bespoke level of good support. Reign Supreme Carers and Companions deliver three levels of service;

  • Companionship and Housekeeping

  • Personal Care

  • Specialised Personal Care

Reign Supreme Carers and Companions will normally be expected to cook, providing nutritious and varied meals, engage you in the activities and hobbies you enjoy and most importantly spend quality time supporting you to achieve set goals.

Residential Live-in care is also used for:

  • Clients who need help throughout the day and reassurance at night

  • Short-term residential care, which gives respite for the family

  • Breathing space when assessing other options

  • Unavailability of family members.

The live-in carer at our own home will have his / her own bedroom and while available for nearly all the day, it is usual for a live-in carer to have 2 hours time off in any period of 24 hours and will typically work between 5 and 7 days per week – the timing and details of which are agreed before the start of the assignment.

The cost of Residential live-in care depends upon the type of care / companionship needed. In all cases, however, the client is provided with accommodation (a separate room) and food.
