Tailored Care Programmes

 

We match our professional carers and clients very carefully.  Our approach is 'Person Centred’.

All our visits are for 60 minutes or more. We do not believe that visits of less time are beneficial to our clients.

One of our Nurse Liaison team visits each person to match the personality of client to carer taking into account physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.

 

Each individual will receive a Care Plan tailored to their specific requirements.

Each Nurse or Carer undergoes a rigorous interview process and psychometric testing to make sure they meet our standards. We then train our staff before arranging placements. Once they are paired with a client they are fully supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and monitored during their placements. Care Managers are available to deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.
